If high school has taught me something, it's that our friends and the people we encompass ourselves with a huge impact on our own beliefs and activities; that's why I am pleased to say the group of friends I’ve been with all through my high school experience has been the one that has taught me extraordinary skills, encouraged me to learn from my mistakes, and been keen to my imperfections.
Thus, I want to remind everyone, including myself, that in this moment, we are as old as we have ever been, and as young as we will be again.

Time flies so quick, but we all have the power to alter our life, to construct our dreams, to accomplish our objectives, and all we need is to require the first step.
Looking back from the past, my journey in St. Mary's Academy of Caloocan City is just like a motion picture, in which for throughout the years, there are a lot of things happened.
Most teenagers have diverse perspectives in their encounter in high school, but as for me, I can say that my entire journey through high school was a tough and memorable one, especially because I decided to not only focus on academic work but also to invest quality time in extra curriculum activities that the school offers and provides as well as I had trouble with my lack of self-confidence from the past years.

I never thought that I am encompassed by great individuals and accepts you for who you truly are. I am so favored and fortunate to have this kind of Family for over 15 years of my existence. We support each other; we cherish, we care and we joined together as one.
Even though, grown-ups frequently tell us that we don’t know what stress is and to just wait until we grow up. But, we as young students have our own levels of stress. For instance, all school activities require you to maintain your grade point average to high standards, in conjunction with the expectations that you simply devote any extra time, either day and night.

I’ve learned a lot and it helped me to know my self way better than before and determine my quality and shortcomings. There may be some misleading events that I’ve experienced in my journey but that influenced me to become a better, a stronger, a much better, and an improved person. I will be forever thankful for the experience that I will treasure the foremost.
However, no matter how numerous companions you've got, at the end of the day, there’s only one individual who truly knows the genuine you: and that is you, nobody else. Many individuals think that being alone and independent is an unusual behavior, but it is actually one of the most prominent assets you'll be able accomplish while being a student. If you can be alone and thoughtful and appreciate some quality time with yourself, if you'll learn to get to know who you are and learn to cherish yourself for your flaws, then at that point you’re already ahead of most individuals in life. It’s in your best interest to become your claim best friend, because only at that point can you truly move forward and ended up to be a better person.
